In year 2023, Davao de Oro Province Infrastructure Development sector will able to achieve the following:

• 80% of Provincial roads concreted

• 90% of Rural areas has access to Potable Water System Level II

• 85% of Rural electrification installed

• 95% of Government facilities constructed

• 60% of flooded areas controlled

To ensure Quality Infrastructure Deliverables.

The engineer shall take charge of the engineering office and shall:

1. A. Initiate, review and recommend changes in policies and objectives, plans and programs, techniques, procedures and practices in infrastructure development and public works in general of the local government unit concerned;

2.  

3. B. Advise the governor as the case maybe, on infrastructure, public works, and other engineering matters;

4.  

5. C. Administer, coordinate, supervise and control the construction, maintenance, improvement, and repair of roads, bridges and other engineering and public works projects of the local government unit concerned;

6.  

7. D. Provide engineering services to the local government unit concerned, including investigation and survey, engineering designs, feasibility studies, and project management;

8.  

9. E. In the case of the provincial engineer, exercise technical supervision overall engineering offices of component cities and municipalities; and

10.  

11. F. Exercise such other powers and perform such other duties and functions as may be prescribe by law or ordinance,

2. A. Partner in Implementation of infrastructure programs;

3. a.1 Supervisory services Housing Projects and various Special Projects

4. a.2 Bulawan Festival and other Provincial Activities

B. Civic Action Team (Installation / Restoration of Tents)

C. Site Inspection to various requests (resolutions from municipalities / barangays, &   other agency/s.) from other LGUs / National Agencies 

D. Membership to other committees such as:

d.2. TWGs / team
