90% of Rural areas has access to Potable Water System Level II
85% of Rural electrification installed
95% of Government facilities constructed
60% of flooded areas controlled
MISSION
To ensure Quality Infrastructure Deliverables.
CORE FUNCTIONS
The engineer shall take charge of the engineering office and shall:
A. Initiate, review and recommend changes in policies and objectives, plans and programs, techniques, procedures and practices in infrastructure development and public works in general of the local government unit concerned;

B. Advise the governor as the case maybe, on infrastructure, public works, and other engineering matters;

C. Administer, coordinate, supervise and control the construction, maintenance, improvement, and repair of roads, bridges and other engineering and public works projects of the local government unit concerned;

D. Provide engineering services to the local government unit concerned, including investigation and survey, engineering designs, feasibility studies, and project management;

E. In the case of the provincial engineer, exercise technical supervision overall engineering offices of component cities and municipalities; and

F. Exercise such other powers and perform such other duties and functions as may be prescribe by law or ordinance,
SUPPORT FUNCTIONS

A. Partner in Implementation of infrastructure programs;
a.1 Supervisory services Housing Projects and various Special Projects
a.2 Bulawan Festival and other Provincial Activities
B. Civic Action Team (Installation / Restoration of Tents)
C. Site Inspection to various requests (resolutions from municipalities / barangays, & other agency/s.) from other LGUs / National Agencies
D. Membership to other committees such as:
d.1. BAC Member
d.2. TWGs / team
