Davao Metro Shuttle has donated 30 hospital beds to provincial hospitals in Davao de Oro, responding to the call of Governor Raul Mabanglo, Congresswoman Maricar Zamora-Mabanglo, and Congressman Jhong Ceniza for strengthened collaboration with private stakeholders to improve patient care across the province.
The donation was officially turned over on September 8 during the provincial government’s convocation ceremony held at the Capitol Lobby. The beds were personally handed over by Geanne Claire L. Uy, Executive Vice President of Davao Metro Shuttle.
The Davao de Oro Provincial Hospital (DDOPH) – Montevista was the first recipient, receiving 13 beds while DDOPH – Pantukan received 9 beds the following day, September 09.
The remaining 8 beds will be distributed to DDOPH – Maragusan and DDOPH – Laak, with each facility set to receive 4 beds in the coming days.
