MISSION
We are the go-to partner of the provincial government of Davao de Oro in terms of leveraging ICT to improve process efficacy and efficiency, leading to improved governance and service delivery.
MANDATE & FUNCTIONS
Republic Act 11032, the Ease of Doing Business Act, and the eGovernment Master Plan (EGMP) aim to transform the government into a digital platform providing transparent and accountable governance, efficient operations, direct citizen engagement, and innovation. The provincial government will manage the realization of the EGMP target digital transformations through the Provincial Information and Communication Technology Office.
