Disaster Preparedness a Top Priority Under Governor Mabanglo’s Administration

Strengthening projects for disaster mitigation and prevention was the main highlight of Governor Raul Mabanglo’s visit on office the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO).

Together with PDRRMO Head Joseph Randy Loy, the Governor also inspected operations inside the Emergency Operation Center and the entire PDRRMO office to assess the status of equipment and resources on site.

Part of his itinerary was the inspection of the motorpool equipment under the Provincial Engineer’s Office, which will be used during emergencies, as well as the newly constructed building of the Provincial General Services Office (PGSO).

Enhancing disaster preparedness and prevention remains one of the top priorities of the Governor’s administration.
