Gov. Mabanglo Honors Outstanding SK Councils at OSKAR’s Night 2025

Governor Raul Mabanglo, together with Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation (SKPF) President John Ramacula, led the recognition of top-performing SK councils in the province during the Outstanding SK Awards and Recognition (OSKAR’s Night) 2025 held on August 31.

In his message, Governor Mabanglo emphasized the vital role of the youth in shaping the future of the province.

“This is not just about giving recognition. It is about celebrating responsibility and the bright hope of our province, kamo nga kabatan-onan. Kamo ang paglaum sa atong probinsya,”

The Top 3 SK Councils honored during the event were SK Tuboran, Mawab (Top 1), SK Magcagong, Maragusan (Top 2), and SK Poblacion, Compostela (Top 3). A total of 37 SK councils across Davao de Oro received citations for their exemplary performance and contributions to youth development.

The activity was organized by the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office – Youth Development Division (PSWDO-YDD), in partnership with the SK Provincial Federation (SKPF) and the Association of Youth Development Officers of Davao de Oro, Inc.
