Gov. Mabanglo Joins DILG’s Strategic Leadership Course for New Local Officials

Governor Raul Mabanglo took part in the “Strategic Leadership for Good Governance: Introductory Course for Newly-Minted Local Officials”, a high-level training organized by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) – Davao Region.

The three-day course brought together newly elected and appointed local leaders to equip them with essential skills in governance, innovative public service delivery, and transformative leadership.

Governor Mabanglo actively contributed to the discussions, sharing insights from his experience in public administration. He highlighted his approach to alliance-building and collaborative governance, which he described as key to driving sustainable development in the province.

The training was held at Sotogrande Hotel, Davao City from September 2 – 4 under the NEO Plus Program of the Local Government Academy (LGA) and DILG.
