August 5, 2022
“Isa lang ang akong ika-assure sa inyong tanan… kung unsa man ang maayong nasugdan nato sa atong probinsya – para sa kaayuhan sa atong probinsya, kini atong ipadayon.”
(“There is only one thing I can assure all of you… whatever good we have already started in our province—for the betterment of our province—we will continue it.”)
This was the commitment of Governor Raul G. Mabanglo during the Turnover Ceremony held today, June 30, in the presence of Capitol employees and newly elected provincial officials.
He firmly believes that one of the most important approaches to achieving progress in the province is through collaboration among all sectors of the government. Thus, he called for full cooperation from every employee for the welfare of the people in the province.
During the event, former Governor and Vice Governor Dorothy Gonzaga also expressed her support for Governor Mabanglo’s new administration:
“Gov, we are pledging our support to you in behalf of the 10th Sanggunian, og unsa poy mga problema na imong makit-an diha sa pagsugod sa pagpanerbisyo… please feel free to discuss these concerns with me or with us.”
(“Gov, we are pledging our support to you in behalf of the 10th Sangguniang Panlalawigan. Whatever problems you may encounter as you begin your term of service… please feel free to discuss these concerns with me or with us,”) she said.
Also introduced during the ceremony were the new key persons and executive assistants who will help in the administrative operations at the Capitol.
The occasion likewise included the Oath Taking of Hon. Mark John U. Colina, who will take over Governor Raul’s previous post as Ex-Officio Member of the Liga ng mga Barangay.
