Governor Mabanglo and Board Members Join 2025 NEO Training to Strengthen Governance Skills

Governor Raul Mabanglo, together with key members of the Provincial Board, actively participated in the NEO: 2025 Introductory Course for Provincial Officials held on July 9–11, 2025, in Pasay City.

Joining Governor Mabanglo in the capacity-building workshop were Board Members Atty. Kimberly Benazir May Codilla, Joel “Tata” Basañes, Connie Caballero, Macario Humol, and Francis Secuya. The training aimed to enhance the knowledge and leadership capabilities of local officials in effective provincial governance.

The governor and his team expressed their enthusiasm for the learning experience, recognizing its vital role in promoting good local governance and responsive public service for the people of Davao de Oro.
