New PCL President Takes Oath before Gov. Raul Mabanglo

Hon. Joan Caballero of Pantukan officially took her oath in front of Governor Raul G. Mabanglo as the newly-elected president of the Philippine Councilors’ League (PCL) in Davao de Oro last August 4.

She will represent all the municipal councilors in the province.

BM Caballero thanked all the councilors from the eleven (11) municipalities across Davao de Oro for the huge opportunity and trust given to her.

In addition, she assured the governor of her full support to his existing and upcoming projects.

‎“Rest assured I will work with sa atong pinalanggang gobernador tungod wala siyay laing tumong kundili ang tarong pagpangalagad maong angayan  makig-alayon para sa kalambuan sa atong probinsya.”

‎(Rest assured that I will work with our honorable governor because his only desire is to render genuine public service so it is just right to work with him for the progress of our province.)

She also extended her gratitude to Cong. Maricar Zamora-Mabanglo and Cong. Jhong Ceniza for their unwavering support.

Board members Hon. Conie Caballero, Hon. Francis Secuya, Hon. Macario Humol, Hon. Cesar Richa, and Provincial IPMR Hon. Albert Camana also attended her oathtaking ceremony.
