‎ PHRMDO conducts seminar for DDO healthcare workers

The Provincial Human Resource Management and Development Office (PHRMDO) – Learning and Development Section recently conducted a seminar for healthcare workers as part of the programs and projects under Task Force Kahimsog in the province.

The seminar carried the theme “Elevating the Customer Experience in Healthcare,” focusing on professionalism and delivering genuine public service, regardless of one’s position or scope of work.

This initiative was prioritized following Governor Raul Mabanglo’s visits to all Provincial Hospitals (DDOPH) in the province, during which he personally heard the concerns and feedback from both patients and staff.

Healthcare personnel from DDOPH Montevista were the first to attend the seminar on August 20, followed by DDOPH Pantukan on August 27. Seminars for Laak and Maragusan are scheduled in the coming weeks.
