The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro through the governance of Governor Dorothy Montejo Gonzaga, expressed their support in the academe through the provision of school-arm chairs in some public schools in the province.
With the upcoming of the new school-year in full swing, learning institutions expect to have a crowd of learners now that the school modality goes back to face-to-face learning thus the need for more school equipment. As a preparation for the opening of classes this August 22, public schools are ongoing in the conduct of the brigada eskwela program, ensuring a conducive learning environment for the learners.
PLGU-DdO recently donated a number of school chairs to some public schools in the province. The school provisions were personally handed by Provincial Administrator Fatima Montejo along with the personnel from the General Services Office of the province to the officials and school staff of the school-beneficiaries.
Banlag, Liwanag, and Muria Elementary School, and Mt. Diwata National High School in Monkayo and San Roque ES in New Bataan received their school chairs last August 8, 2022 and followed by Munoz Elementary School and Union National High School in Monkayo in the next day who received 100 school arm-chairs each.
