The falls comprise 13 cascades. The last cascade plunges at 75 feet into a narrow pool at the base. The site is partially developed, with cottages-for-rent, a clean toilet, and a picnic ground. It is managed by a cluster of Purok Groups. The falls is a sacred place to the indigenous Mansaka community of Maragusan. The legends speak of a spirit dwelling in the forest glade who, when invoked by the tribal balyan through incantations, heals the sick brought to the place.
