The Provincial Information and Communication Technology Office (PICTO) is responsible for developing ICT solutions leading to the digital transformation of different processes of all departments in the provincial government of Davao de Oro.

PICTO aims to establish quality and cost-efficient information and communication systems that will hasten the process, support decision-making, and promote transparency and participation through innovation, creativity, and partnerships.

We envision an “Innovative, seamless, responsive, and efficient public service delivered through technology-enabled governance.”
